Glamping & Camping

We have borrowed a paddock from the lovely neighbours for use over the weekend that will be set up as a Camping & Glamping site.

You can either choose the “Done for You” glamping option, or you are welcome to bring your own Tent or Camper.

We will have the following facilities available for anyone onsite:

  • Toilets

  • Shower/Bathroom Trailers

Additionally on the day of the Main Event, the garage will be set up for any “Get Ready” needs for the gals (i.e. mirrors, power for straighteners etc) from 11am - 2pm.

There will not be any cooking or kitchen facilities onsite, but for food:

  • Friday Night: Welcome to attend the Night Before BBQ mentioned in the events list (Please RSVP & BYO Drinks)

  • Saturday Morning: Breakfast will be available at the house between 8am - 10am care of the Mum’s

  • Saturday Lunch: BYO or there is the local South Head Golf Clubhouse (8 mins), FourSquare in Parakai (25 mins), The Real Bread Project (27 mins), Liberty Burger & Beers (27 mins), Butcher Baker (30 mins) and RSA Helensville (30 mins) nearby.

OPTION ONE: GLAMPING

We have arranged for a Glamping Accommodation provider, Social Nature Movement, to provide ‘done for you’ tents.

This is the ‘done for you’ camping set up. There are a range of options, from basic camping to boujee Glamping with a variety of bedding configurations available.

Pricing is viewable in the booking app and you will need to pay in full to confirm your booking.

OPTION TWO: BYO CAMPING SET UP

You can bring your own camping set up and also stay at the site available for camping.

This is ideal for those that can bring their own camping set up and don’t want to pay for the boujee glamping tents.

You will need to confirm your camping site via the Booking App and ideally tell us how much space you need for your set up.

Whilst this is the “Free” option we do ask that you add a small Koha or donation to the that will be available in our drive so a gift can be sourced for the Farmer who has made the site available.
